Group and individual Healthy Mind, Healthy Body Sessions: These sessions provide
solutions to the emotional and physical challenges that people face. There is a
series of group sessions just for women.
Behavioral Health Therapy
Individual Therapy for Youth and Adults
Individual Therapy for teens and adults with behavioral health problems such as
depression, panic disorders, performance
problems, eating disorders, grief and stress.
Counseling for stress reactions, life changes,
workplace problems and communication.
Extensive experience with teenagers.
Couple Therapy
Pre-marital and marriage counseling.
Family Therapy
Resolution of family problems. Extensive experience with working with blended,
multiethnic, and multi-cultural family groups. Family Therapy for child and teen
behavior problems, separation and divorce as well.
Employee Assistance Program
Counseling for individuals with any type of health, workplace or family problem that
interferes with workplace performance. Peruse your insurance plan to see if this
service is covered.
Manager and Supervisor Program
Consultation for new and experienced administrators that need solutions for difficult
employee and workplace problems.
Fees: All therapy (individual or group) is $90 per hour. Each session should last
approximately one hour, however your initial assessment can last up to an hour and
a half. If the issue involves more than one individual, it is recommended (but not
absolutely necessary) for all parties to be present at your first session. We are happy
to accomodate various schedules. Insurance is accepted, otherwise full payment is
required upon your visit.
Consultation is by appointment only. The Clinical Director, Patricia Heard, MSW,
MBA has 30 years of experience in the field. She is a licensed marriage and family
therapist and a licensed clinical social worker.
